Homemade Almond Milk
(I always double this recipe)

    1. Soak almonds in water overnight (enough to cover all the almonds)
    2. Drain water from almonds in the morning
    3. Put the drained almonds in the blender
    4. Add the 2.5 cups of water & dates to the blender. I always recommend Vitamix.
    5. Blend ingredients until smooth
    6. Pour/Squeeze through the nut bag into a measuring cup or large bowl
    7. Add 1-2 teaspoons vanilla extract and cinnamon to taste
    8. Transfer to a jar or milk jug to store & refrigerate
